With
post-secondary training in psychology, education, lifeskills
coaching, community development and social work Lloyd is well
qualified to work at the individual, family and community levels.
Lloyd is a
registered psychologist with the following declared competencies:
Counselling Psychology, Educational / School Psychology, health
Systems Analysis and Human Resource Development.
In addition Lloyd is a Registered Social Worker and a Certified Counsellor recognized by the Canadian Counselling Association.
Lloyd's work experience has included senior management with the
Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations and with Saskatchewan's
Department of Health. He has occupied management positions in educational
psychology, teaching, lifeskills coaching, social work and journalism.
He has worked as a consultant to several aboriginal governments
on education, family violence and economic development.

Albert Scott

As former Chief of the Kinistin Saulteaux Nation and as a former
vice-chief of the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations, Albert
Scott led his people through a difficult process of integrating
traditional values with the demands of a modern, technological society.
His experience as band welfare administrator and his apprenticeship
to band elders prepared him for the task of using traditions and
spirituality to combat modern problems. He retired, as a Chief,
to seek a deeper spirituality and to share his insights with both
aboriginal and non-aboriginal people.

Carrie
Stacey

degrees from the University of Saskatchewan, Minot State University
and the University of Southern Mississipi, Carrie is well qualified
in the area of speech and language pathology. She has over 14 years
experience in both education and health. She is recognized by her
peers having served on the executive of her professional association.

Fred
Clipsham

With
20 years experience as an analyst of Saskatchewan's social, economic
and environmental affairs, Fred offers an experienced resource to
those interested in planning. Fred has worked in policy development
for both provincial and federal governments. He is a skilled researcher,
media expert, organizer and desktop publisher. His training has
included an Honors in Economics plus seminars in management development,
information systems and artificial intelligence.

Tim
Maloney

Tim Maloney is a registered
social worker with a B.A. in Psychology from Rockford College and
an M.S.W. from the University of Manitoba. He has over twenty years
experience in community organizations primarily in executive and
planning roles. He also took a lead role in the development of Indian
child welfare services in both Manitoba and Saskatchewan. He has
worked for First Nations, private agencies, and for both Provincial
and Federal government departments.
